Our company, BR Group, took part on Monday, January 26, 2026, in the educational event Living Library of Professions, which was held at the Great World of Technology in the Dolní Vítkovice area of Ostrava.
The event is traditionally organized by the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic and is intended for students in grades 7–9 of primary schools and their parents. BR Group is a regular participant and has long been involved in activities that help young people better navigate the world of technical professions and industry.
At the BR Group stand, visitors had the opportunity to learn about various professions through presentations and interactive activities, primarily from the fields of engineering and automotive. Representatives of the group introduced career opportunities across the holding, in particular the following positions:
- engineering workers, CNC machine operators, welders, and grinders for SPOJMONT OSTRAVA s.r.o.,
- quality engineers, cost estimators, and press operators for PF PLASTY CZ, Linaset, and KOMAS, spol. s r.o.
The event welcomed up to 800 visitors and was held under the patronage of First Lady Eva Pavlová as part of the Key to the World project, which supports children from children’s homes. BR Group was a proud partner of this initiative.
