Ing. Martin Kamarád is newly joining BR Group as the Group Chief Financial Officer.
Martin Kamarád is an experienced manager with many years of practice in financial management of industrial and manufacturing companies. Throughout his career, he has focused on strategic financial management, improving companies’ economic performance, implementing management tools, and supporting management in key decision-making.
In recent years, he worked at PROMET GROUP, where he served as Group CFO from 2018 to 2025. In this role, he was responsible for the overall financial management of the group, financing and banking relationships, controlling, risk management, and more. He was actively involved, for example, in setting the financial strategy, optimizing the capital and organizational structure, and securing financing for strategic projects.
During his professional career, he has also gained experience in managing and executing acquisitions and strategic investments, setting up financial processes, digitalization, and increasing the efficiency of financial agendas. He contributed to the implementation of group management systems and strengthening financial governance across the organization.
His professional approach is based on strategic and analytical thinking, a strong focus on data, systematic performance management, and the ability to connect finance with business. He emphasizes transparency, efficiency, and the long-term sustainability of the company’s financial management. Martin Kamarád graduated from the University of Economics in Prague.
