BR Group Breakfast with Students as Part of the K+ Mentoring Program at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava
On March 31, 2026, another meeting took place at the BR Group headquarters as part of the K+ mentoring program, which we carry out in cooperation with VŠB–TUO.
For us, mentoring is not just about sharing knowledge, but above all about exchanging experiences, inspiration, and open dialogue between students and industry professionals. We believe that these connections help young talents better understand how the corporate environment really works, while also bringing fresh perspectives to us.
The program included individual 1:1 meetings with mentors, followed by a joint breakfast in an informal atmosphere. This created space for further discussions, networking, and sharing ideas across different fields.
BR Group has long supported talent development and cooperation with universities, as we believe that investing in young people and their growth truly matters.
We are already looking forward to the next part of the program – a tour of our Lanex production facilities, where we will introduce participants to our technologies and day-to-day operations.
