As of April, Ing. Martin Volný has taken on the strategic position of Chief Financial Officer and Defence Representative within BR Group.
The primary objective of his role is the strategic management and development of BR Group’s activities in the defence industry, together with comprehensive financial management of the entire group. Particular emphasis is placed on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key partners, effective allocation of financial resources, and supporting long-term sustainable growth.
In the Defence area, he focuses primarily on developing business activities in both domestic and international markets, coordinating key projects, and strengthening the group’s competitiveness. In his role as Defence Representative, he also ensures strategic coordination and represents BR Group’s interests in this segment.
In the financial area, his responsibility is focused on strategic financial management, setting financial policies, and ensuring the stability of the entire group.
The creation of this role reflects BR Group’s emphasis on strengthening the strategic management of key segments, integrating business and financial activities, and systematically increasing the company’s value over the long term.
