K+ Mentoring VSB–TUO: Student Visit to the LANEX a.s. Production Facility in Bolatice
As part of the K+ mentoring program at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, students had a unique opportunity on Friday to visit the production plant of our company LANEX, which specializes in industrial ropes.
The program began with an introductory presentation, where we introduced the company, its products, and the technologies used. This was followed by a tour of the production facilities, where students could observe the individual stages of production, modern technological processes, and the everyday reality of industrial operations.
The visit naturally built on previous mentoring sessions. It is precisely this combination of personal interaction and hands-on experience that gives the entire program its real meaning and value.
For us, mentoring is not just about sharing knowledge – it is primarily about inspiration, open dialogue, and mutual enrichment. We appreciate the opportunity to introduce students to the real environment of our companies while also gaining their perspectives and ideas.
