Ing. Vincent Hrubý joined MONTIX, a.s. (part of the BR Group Automotive division) in May 2026 as the new Chief Executive Officer.
He brings more than thirty years of experience in the automotive industry and in managing large-scale manufacturing plants to his new role. Throughout his career, he has successfully led manufacturing companies, implemented transformation projects, and contributed to the strategic development of businesses in engineering, metallurgy, and the automotive sector.
His professional background includes a wide range of management positions — from technical and production roles to executive leadership positions. He has long focused on increasing production efficiency, implementing Lean management principles, and building high-performing teams in an international environment.
In the past, he contributed to the development and restructuring of manufacturing companies, led projects focused on process optimization and technological advancement, and was responsible for the comprehensive management of production operations.
He is known for his direct and dynamic approach, results-oriented mindset, and ability to implement changes that drive long-term growth and stability.
In his new role, he will focus on the further development of the company, strengthening its competitiveness, and achieving its ambitious strategic goals.
